About the Workshop:

There are 6 workshop opportunities available Saturday, April 29, 2023, 3 concurrent AM and 3 concurrent PM sessions, each 60 minutes long.

Our expectation for each presenter will deliver in person at the Conference and the workshops will include audience participation in some fun, interactive way. We will provide you with a Moderator for each session to introduce the speaker and set up the connection for the attendees that chose to participate online during this hybrid conference.

Presenter Responsibilities and Expenses:

• Deadlines: We work on a tight schedule and expect our presenters to proactively work with the Conference Planning Team to meet all deadlines.
• Changes in Your Presentation: The Conference Presentations will retain the content, and format as originally proposed or revised during the selection process. If changes are required, they must be approved by the Conference Committee before implementing the change(s). 
• Conference Registration: Once your workshop has been accepted, we will add you to the registration system for your respective session only. Presenters are responsible to pay to attend the rest of the conference.
• Speaker Fees: Our Presenters share their expertise without expectation of payment.

About the Application Process:

We are accepting applications until March 15, 2023.  Once acceptance closes, the Conference committee will evaluate applications and communicate the final selection by March 17, 2023.
