From Rags to Recognition: A Speechwriting Session

Putting on Your Blue Hat
Meetings, meetings, meetings – we all have them. They help eliminate confusion, generate ideas and stimulate action. They clarify goals, define roles and who is doing what, solve problems, disseminate information and decide on action items. If you attend a meeting that was not run well, you leave feeling that your time has been wasted and could have been better spent doing work.
It is up to the meeting leader to ensure the meeting runs well. But wait! How do we do this? Is there a template to follow? Why, yes, there is!
Pathways Boot Camp
Are you wondering what comes next in your Pathways journey? Have you developed a plan to complete your Path? Do you know what you need to achieve your Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Designation? Would you like to have some fun?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this is the workshop for you. At the end of the workshop, you will understand what is required to achieve your Pathways goals and will have a plan to achieve them. As an added bonus, you will have fun doing it.
The workshop will be led by Distinguished Toastmaster Brad Korbo. Brad is a member of three clubs in Regina. This year he is the BLT Advanced club’s President. Brad has been a Toastmaster for over 30 years and has achieved three DTMs. A workshop similar to this one
helped him to achieve his second DTM. He plans to complete his fourth DTM in Pathways and is nearing completion of Level 3 in the Motivational Strategies Path.
Brad will be assisted by several experienced Toastmasters who will help you on your journey to achieving your Pathways goals.
