Strive to have your club elections at your club’s first meeting in May (or asap). Your club’s immediate past president (ie the president from last year) typically leads the committee to find executive members for the next year. (If your club does not have an immediate past president or they are unavailable, anyone can lead)
Available positions are: President, VP Education, VP Membership, VP PR, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms.
Trainings for these positions will be held in June and over the summer.
Submit names to your Division Director by May 31 as it will help them plan the June trainings.
Submit names to Toastmasters International by June 30 to earn Distinguished Club Program points. (Don’t have all 7? You just need President, one VP role and secretary – each must be a different person)
