Club Treasurers must submit their club fees to Toastmasters International by March 31. (Some clubs will pay for the year, other clubs will pay for 6 months or until September 30)
A club needs to have at least 8 members to be considered in good standing.
By June 30, strive for at least 8 members or try to reach charter strength (which is at least 20 members) or (if you ended the previous year with less than 15 members), strive to end this year with 5 more members than last year. ie June 30, 2020 ended with 14 members, this year ends with 19 members.
