The DTM Mastermind group is a District-wide initiative to support those Toastmasters who would like to earn the DTM award.

The group is being led by two experienced toastmasters who want to enhance our District and its clubs. We want to see our DTM aspirants succeed! We love mentoring and enjoy working with highly motivated Toastmasters.

We ask that members looking to join have completed Level 3 of any Path and completed or completing a year on the club executive team. Please send an email: HERE

1. What are your DTM project ideas? – Mary – We have heard of some projects that happened, and others that are in the works. What is your idea? Do you want feedback? Discussion format.
2. Cross Canada Tour – Deb – There are clubs adding new members in every District across Canada. Deb has been connecting and checking them out! What are they doing to increase members?
3. How can you help your club? – Ron – What is working to help clubs flourish? How can you help your club?
