From a Speaker to Trainer – Training for Trainers

District plans training sessions for trainers to prepare for next COT. 2 sessions are scheduled and each session is 2 hours. It helps to ensure the quality of training and maintain consistent across trainings from all Divisions.  The training session will educate members how to deliver training to adult learning.

A survey will be sent after the 1st session. The second session might be modified based on feedback. However, the main content and format are similar between 2 sessions.

Both training sessions are online.

   -Friday, May 31 between 7-9pm
-Monday, June 10 between 7-9pm

Who should attend?

All Division Directors, Area Directors, Club Officer Training moderators, presenters and volunteers are all invited to attend the training. Members who plan to provide training either within or outside Toastmasters would also be benefited to attend.
