Event Request Form

To register your club’s special event, please submit a New Event Request Form with your club name, meeting dates/times, contact information, and a brief description. Please allow up to 24 hours for your event to be posted.

Promotion Guidelines:

  • District, Division, and Area events will be posted on the District 42 calendar.
  • Big club events — such as anniversaries, public workshops, or events open to other Toastmasters — may also be considered for the calendar.
  • Regular club events will not appear on the District calendar; however, they can be promoted on District 42’s social media. To request this, contact our Public Relations Manager at prm@d42tm.org.
  • Open Houses will be featured on the District’s Open House page.
  • True North Clubs (formerly Sunshine Clubs) have a dedicated page for their events.
  • Clubs can also ask their Division and Area Directors to help promote these events.
  • Events can additionally be submitted to the Dispatch team for promotion.

We encourage all clubs to share and promote their events widely — let’s work together to showcase the amazing things happening across District 42!
