Rookie of the Year recognizes and honours a new Toastmaster (must be a member for less than 18 months) who demonstrates a solid commitment to standards of excellence in Toastmasters. The nominee will show improved performance in communication skills and will have contributed to the Toastmasters organization beyond the club. Activities in the first 18 months can be included. Members are eligible to receive Rookie of the Year only once.

Personal testimonies from other club members are a tremendous asset to the best submissions and give the committee a better idea of the contributions of your club member that is being nominated.
