• The above room rates are net, non-commissionable, and subject to 3% DMF, 5% GST and 6% PST.
• Rates are based on single and double occupancy.
• Parking is $17 per day per vehicle. (For any attendees not staying at the hotel, the DoubleTree is offering free parking. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.)

The cut-off date is  April 3, 2024, after which date any unsold rooms in the block will be released for general sale.
