What’s New in Pathways

Heads up! Pathways is changing again, and Toastmasters International has finally listened and is going to start incorporating the legacy program back into Pathways.  Changes are scheduled to start in Q4.

At the end of July, the District’s Pathways adoption was sitting at 89% and my goal this year is to bump this above 95%.  To assist in achieving this goal, D42 has created some fun new incentives surrounding pathways this year.  Here is a summary, for more information, visit the Recognition tab in the Club Awards and  Individual Recognition pages on the District 42 website.

Pathways Powerhouse Club Award

The Pathways Powerhouse Club Award honors District 42 clubs that demonstrate exceptional commitment to the Pathways Education Program by ensuring every member is actively enrolled. This award celebrates a club’s collective dedication to personal development and continuous learning, highlighting its role in fostering growth and achievement through Toastmasters’ innovative Pathways curriculum. Awarded to the Clubs that have 100% percent of members enrolled in Pathways by June 30th of the 2025-2026 Toastmasters year.

 Pathways Pioneer Award

The Pathways Pioneer Award honors a new Toastmasters member who has demonstrated exceptional initiative by embracing the Toastmasters Pathways learning experience early in their journey. This recognition highlights the member’s dedication to personal and professional development, and their enthusiasm for engaging fully with the Toastmasters educational program from the start. Awarded to a new Toastmasters member who has signed up for Pathways and completed one level in Pathways within six months of joining.

Pathways Prodigy Award

The Pathways Prodigy Award recognizes outstanding dedication and achievement by D42 members who successfully complete an entire Pathway within the 2025-2026 Toastmasters year. This award celebrates members’ commitment to personal and professional growth through the Toastmasters Pathways educational program. Awarded to D42 Members who complete one (1) whole pathway during the 2025-2026 Toastmasters Year.

Wishing you and your club much success this year! Stay tuned for a Pathways Survey to be sent out in October!
