As we move through the holiday season and toward the close of the 2025 calendar year, we are also entering the second half of the 2025–2026 Toastmasters year. This is an exciting time, with many important announcements ahead.

Space is limited. For alternative accommodations, guests may book at the Blackfoot Hotel or the Deerfoot Inn Casino. These are the closest hotels to the conference location. We are confirming whether rooms have been officially blocked.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we move into the new year, members can expect announcements related to:

• Conference updates and registration
• Speech contests at the Club, Area, Division, and District levels
• Candidate information for leadership roles
• District realignment effective July 1, 2026

This is the final year of District 42, and we would love to mark this milestone with a special conference souvenir.

To commemorate this milestone, we are exploring the option of offering a D42 Conference polo shirt as a souvenir.
