Exciting Updates and Acknowledgments
Our teams are diligently preparing for the next phase of our initiatives, and we’re thrilled to share some important updates with you!
Transition to the New Pathways Platform
Chuck Leblanc is currently leading the transition to the new Pathways platform. If you haven’t enrolled yet, now is the perfect time to do so—make sure you complete your enrollment before the October 9 deadline. During the upcoming outage, please continue to work on your levels, and remember to download your evaluations beforehand to ensure a seamless continuation of your progress.
Club Officer Training Content Development
Marg Ustupski and her training team are hard at work developing comprehensive content for club officer training. This initiative is designed to equip our club leaders with the skills they need to thrive. Don’t miss the upcoming Train the Trainer session on November 2, where trainers will gain valuable insights and resources to enhance their effectiveness.

Dashboard Check
We encourage all clubs to verify their dashboards to confirm that the number of trained club officers is accurate. If you find any discrepancies, please reach out to me at pqd@d42tm.org.
Important Reminder: Club Fitness Award Deadline
Please note that the deadline for the Club Fitness Award is October 31. To qualify, clubs must submit their Club Success Plan to their Area Director, review and update the club roster, and conduct the Moments of Truth during a club meeting.
Contests Announcement
District 42 has announced the contests for this Toastmasters year. We will have three contests: two in-person-only contests—Table Topics and the International Speech Contest—led by Chief Judge Russ Dantu and Contest Chair Laura Chambers.
Additionally, we will hold an Online Only contest, with Chief Judge Marvin Hastings at the helm. We are still seeking an online contest chair, so if you’re interested, please reach out to me at pqd@d42tm.org.
Thank you for your ongoing dedication and support as we work together to enhance our programs!
Stay tuned for more updates!
