District 42 Communication and Leadership Award

Each year, this award is presented to a person in the host community of our annual District Conference who exemplifies outstanding communication and leadership. This year’s conference is in Lethbridge, and Jen is the perfect choice!

Jennifer (Jen) Tribble, Executive Director of MyCityCare, is the 2025 recipient of the Toastmasters District 42 Communication and Leadership Award. A former Toastmaster and compassionate leader, Jen has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and supporting families in crisis. Under her leadership, MyCityCare has grown to serve 63 communities across Alberta and beyond through programs like Shop of Wonders, the Cinderella Project, Fresh Start, and Night to Shine. Her work exemplifies dignity-driven care, community connection, and the true spirit of service.
