The Southern Alberta Mandarin English Club (SAME) chartered on July 1.  Past District 42 Club Growth Director and current Program Quality Director, Daisy Wei, and Princeton Lau were the club sponsors and worked with club members to get the club chartered. Following the District 42 spring conference, the club had an open house which PID Richard Peck attended.  Grace Wang and Joyce Allen are the club mentors now working with the club.

Pembina Club also chartered on July 1.  Verge Monton and Jackie Harbidge were the club sponsors working with the corporate club to get the club chartered.  Club mentors, Past District 42 Club Growth Director and current Program Quality Director, Daisy Wei, and Alwa Majzoub are now working with the club for continued success.

On September 15, 2023, Mosaic Masters had a charter celebration for their club.  The club chartered the last Toastmasters year on April 28, 2023.  Club sponsors were Brian Fegen and District 42 Club Growth Director, Debbie Stearns.  Now working with the club are the club mentors, Marg Ustupski and Verge Monton.
