Recognizing Individual Sponsorship

If you have helped promote and sponsor new members to join your club, you have made a significant contribution to our membership growth and deserve recognition.

Sponsor five or more members within one program year to qualify for the following rewards:

  • a unique blue pin for 5 members,
  • a unique burgundy pin for 10 members, and
  • a special discount code for 25% off your next product purchase from the Toastmasters Online Store for sponsoring 15 new members.

To receive credit as a sponsor, your name and home club number must appear on the new membership application. To avoid any confusion or issues, we ask that you please print or type all information legibly. Please note that once the applications are received by World Headquarters, no changes can be made. Transfer and charter members do not count for credit, but new, dual, and reinstated members do. The new members’ join dates must fall between July to June. All applications and payments must be received at World Headquarters no later than June 30.

You can review your awarded Individual Sponsorships by logging into My Home and selecting Achievement Board – Individual Sponsorship History. For more information about our membership-building program, please visit our website at Toastmasters International -membership-building-program-for-individuals. The program dates run from July 1 to June 30 of the following year.

Encouraging Full Club Officer Attendance at Leadership Training

At our organization, we strive for all club officers to attend leadership training to better serve their club members. In the past, over 60% of officers have attended training hosted by District 42. This year, we hope to improve that number by having all club officers attend training by February 29th, 2024. If every club officer attends, the club will receive the 7 out of 7 Award along with a $25 gift certificate.

So far, five clubs have already achieved the 7 out of 7 Award:

Club Officer Training Round 2 Training Opportunities:

Here is a compiled list of COT sessions taking place in February. Please note that you will need to confirm the time zone for each session and that they will be held online.
