You Are Part of the District 42 Toastmasters Family

Did you know you are a valued District 42 Toastmasters community member? You are not alone in your journey. Our Toastmasters community is filled with warm-hearted people, and you will always find guidance and support if you reach out.

District 42, with its 104 clubs and nearly 2,000 members, is supported by a dedicated leadership team of 63 leaders and committee chairs. They work diligently in various aspects of district operations to ensure the success of our clubs and members.

Beyond our Division Directors and Area Directors, clubs and members also benefit from the support of several committees. You can explore more about the District 42 Leadership Team for 2024-2025 by visiting D42TM.org.

Are you looking for a mentor, a club coach, or a guest speaker? The Club Retention Committee is here to help. They organize regular meetings and events to educate and demonstrate best practices for the Club Success Plan, the Moment of Truth, club coaching, and membership growth. You can find all these events scheduled on the District 42 Event Calendar.

The Club Extension Committee is focused on building new clubs and creating opportunities for members to serve as sponsors or mentors, applying their communication and leadership skills. Volunteering with this committee strengthens our district and enhances your personal growth.

Additionally, you can volunteer for the Youth Leadership Program, where you can practice and refine the skills you’ve learned in Toastmasters while helping younger generations develop their own communication and leadership abilities.

We also rely on volunteers for our speech contests, which are essential for creating a platform for members to showcase their growth and talent.

How is your Pathways journey progressing? Are you facing challenges with the educational system? The Education Committee provides regular Pathways orientation sessions and educational workshops. Whether you are a new or experienced Toastmaster, there is always value in attending these sessions.

Curious about the upcoming District Conference? The Conference Committee is hard at work organizing this annual event. You can get involved by volunteering, registering as a speaker, sponsoring, fundraising, or simply attending.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Our leadership team is always here to help. The District Executive team is dedicated to supporting our members and clubs in achieving their goals because member success leads to club success, and ultimately, district success.
